On-Site Computer Repair
On-Site repair is available although to save my customers money I typically recommend bringing the computer to me or having me pick it up. The reason for this is that some viruses can take multiple virus scan utilities to fully remove. Because of this it can take anywhere from 2-4 hours to completey disinfect a machine. On-Site this can be costly - most of my customers take advantage of my 2 Hour Computer Repair for dropoffs and pickups since it is considered Off-Site.
Every Computer Repair includes:
- Operating System Updates
- Updated AV Software and Added security software to immunize the machine
- Full removal of any Viruses or Spyware on the machine
- Startup service and System service optimization for better performance
- Visual and memory optimization for better performance
- Diagnosis of any failing hardware
- Recommendations for upgrades if any
- Fix any other issues that you may be having on the machine (I recommend making a list)
