Full site development is quoted seperately depending on the scope of the work that is needed rather than the normal hourly rate since full site design typically takes longer and would therfor not fit the hourly rate.

If you do not already have a domain name I can also help you register a domain name and setup a hosting account at a LOCAL hosting company. Domains are registered at $25/year with a discount for multiple year registrations. Domain hosting is $25/month.
