Most of my customers take advantage of this offer, it really cannot be beat for the quality of server compared to the cost. I started the 2 hour computer repair policy because I would hear horror stories about people getting taken to the cleaners by half skilled computer techs. You must be careful these days, just because they can use google and wear a pocket protector doesnt mean they should be monkeying around in your machine.
10+ years of experience speaks for itself, I can fix ANYTHING! I tire of hearing how techs reinstalled windows to fix a problem - there are maybe a few RARE cases where windows needs to be reinstalled. If your tech is saying you need to have windows reinstalled then they better be backing it up with facts as to why it needs that.
